Job summary

Wiz is expanding its legal team in EMEA, seeking a talented attorney focused on data privacy and sophisticated contracts. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements, partner with revenue teams, and provide practical legal advice to accelerate business growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bar admission in Israel/UK/Europe, 4+ years in-house experience in software, and fluency in English plus French or German.

Qualifications

Admitted to the bar and in good standing in Israel, the UK, or any European country.

Responsibilities

Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful to business teams.
Take ownership of the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements. Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
Seek to understand the context of the positions of Wiz’s customers and the requests from Wiz’s internal clients, and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspective.
Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently.
Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
