Job summary

Wiz, Inc. is expanding its legal team in EMEA and seeks a talented attorney focused on data privacy who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will close deals, provide outstanding legal service, and work closely with cross-functional teams to manage complex contracts across SaaS, services, and partnerships. You will support governance, risk assessment, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the bar in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer.
• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Strong communication skills in English AND either French or German, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful to business teams.
• Take ownership of the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements. Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
• Seek to understand the context of the positions of Wiz’s customers and the requests from Wiz’s internal clients, and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspective.
• Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently.
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
