Job summary

Metrea is seeking a senior Campaign Lead based in London with hybrid working to own complex opportunities from shaping through contract award. You will develop and lead the campaign strategy, coordinating across Metrea to deliver differentiated solutions for national security customers.

You will work with Market Development leads and the Bids & Proposals team to craft win strategies, executive messaging, and compelling content that positions Metrea effectively for UK MOD, NATO and allied

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex campaigns or customer opportunities within the Aerospace and Defence sector, with ownership from early shaping through bid and contract award.
• Experience managing campaigns from early opportunity shaping through to contract award.
• Strong understanding of Air domain missions, particularly manned airborne ISR.
• Experience developing executive-level messaging and win themes for complex bids and proposals.
• Ability to translate technical, operational and commercial inputs into clear, actionable proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign activity from early customer engagement and opportunity shaping through solution development, bid generation and contract award
• Lead customer, market and competitive analysis to inform the campaign strategy
• Develop and execute customer engagement plans across Defence and the EMEA region
• Translate customer requirements with Solution Architects into a differentiated proposer
• Develop the teaming approach and coordinate strategic partnerships
• Develop the win strategy, value proposition and win themes
• Own the proposal strategy and develop compelling, customer-focused content
• Provide content direction to SMEs, Finance, Legal, Operations and others to reflect win strategy
• Lead price-to-win development with Finance and stakeholders
• Present and defend campaign strategies through internal reviews with senior stakeholders
