Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Brand Protection leader to support the EMEA region from our London area. The role reports to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and collaborates with the Global Brand Protection team to protect our IP and guests across marketplaces, platforms and retail channels.

You will build scalable programs, engage law enforcement and customs partners, and drive end-to-end investigations in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand protection within a consumer-facing business.
• Strong understanding of IP laws and regulations affecting retail in the UK/Europe.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Analytical, drafting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborative with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead EMEA/global brand protection strategy aligned to business/legal objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks to IP, reputation, products, and guests in EMEA.
• Manage enforcement across marketplaces, platforms, and offline channels.
• Drive investigations, intelligence programs, and data-driven reporting.
• Engage with customs, police, and enforcement partners; support trainings.
• Lead vendor onboarding and performance management for monitoring/enforcement.
• Advise franchise partners on enforcement and market-entry readiness.
• Educate internal teams and align initiatives across business units.
