Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager, EMEA to deliver external storytelling and protect the company's reputation across the region. You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to shape strategy, messaging and executive communications for the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.

You will build trusted media relations, manage crisis readiness, and lead a small corporate communications team and agency partners to drive awareness of lululemon’s purpose and performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications across agency and/or consumer brands; global organisation experience preferred.
• Existing press relationships and strong understanding of the media/digital landscape across EMEA, particularly UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.
• Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communications skills.
• Experience handling issues and crises in fast-changing global environments.
• Ability to translate business strategy into media-friendly stories and build relationships across regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against the EMEA corporate narrative and identify owned and earned initiatives for storytelling across strategy, culture, impact and performance.
• Build relationships with business and industry media across the region, especially UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.
• Amplify executive communications via media and thought-leadership opportunities for SVP, EMEA and leadership team.
• Support Director on issue and crisis management, enhancing crisis preparedness and risk mitigation.
• Manage lululemon’s corporate agency and provide counsel and best practice communications internally.
• Develop and manage strategic materials, budgets, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with regional internal communications and the global corporate affairs team.
