Qualifications

Extensive experience in Asset Management or Financial Services.
Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to drive data-informed decisions.
Masters degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
Experience with hands-on analytics projects using ML methods.

Responsibilities

Translate analytics, statistical modeling and data science outputs into clear, actionable insights for business decisions.
Partner with senior stakeholders across AM, Investments, Distribution and Product to drive outcomes.
Lead analytics initiatives in a highly matrixed global environment with strong influencing skills.
Develop standardized, automated analytics solutions and coach team members on best practices.
Embed analytic programs into business processes and ensure governance aligns with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with data scientists located in India and global analytics resources to deliver end-to-end solutions.
