JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Asset Management Alternatives Middle Office Operations – Associate to support the Trade Lifecycle team. You will act as a liaison to front office support teams and external vendors, delivering day-to-day support to portfolio managers and investment specialists.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the deal pipeline, overseeing outsourced operations, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.

• Relevant alternatives operations experience within asset management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the middle office for Alternatives products.
• Monitor the deal pipeline with the deal team.
• Oversee outsourced operations with third-party providers.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
• Assist with transaction execution by tracking deal closings and funding.
• Ensure accurate trade booking and reconcile cash or positions.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
