Job summary

A global data and AI company is seeking a world-class leader to manage their Forward Deployed AI Engineering (AI FDE) team. This role involves leading EMEA AI transformations, recruiting top talent, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing data science teams, delivering technical engagements, and a deep understanding of ML GenAI. Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing hiring and building a team of high-performing data scientists or ML engineers.
• Ability to scope, guide, and sell technical engagements in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical expertise in ML GenAI and data science.
• Experience building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven success developing strategy with senior executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a world-class AI/ML professional services team.
• Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers as a trusted advisor.
• Define joint strategies for strategic accounts with engineering and sales leaders.
• Lead strategic AI PS initiatives and design scalable engagement models.
• Shape cross-functional collaboration by measuring voice-of-customer insights.
