Job summary

TieTalent is seeking an EMEA Accountant to join a growing international finance team. The role offers a mix of hybrid and office work and is suitable for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant ready to develop within a global business.

You will support accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and business partnering across EMEA, collaborating with finance colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in aerospace/defence, manufacturing, or industrial environment desirable.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills in a multinational, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting across AP, AR, general ledger, inventory and fixed assets.
• Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations, and assist with close processes.
• Support US GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns for EMEA entities and assist with audits.
• Support management reporting, variance analysis, and working capital initiatives.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and external providers as required.
