Job summary
Dennis Eagle is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Software Team in Warwick, developing embedded software that powers our next generation of vehicles. You will design, develop and test embedded software for vehicle control systems, taking requirements from design through verification and into vehicle testing and commissioning.

Qualifications
- Experience developing embedded software in a production environment.
- Strong model-based software development skills.
- Experience with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN.
- Experience of software testing, debugging and calibration.
- A degree in Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Developing embedded software for electric vehicle applications.
- Creating software using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Designing and implementing new software features and functionality.
- Supporting software verification, validation and testing activities.
- Developing test solutions to ensure requirements are met.
- Assisting with functional safety and cyber security activities.
- Supporting vehicle commissioning, testing and fault finding when required.
- Working closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
