Job summary

Averna powered by Spherea is seeking a Customer Support Technician to be the primary onsite representative at a major customer near Cheltenham. You will provide first-line technical support, perform hands-on electrical and mechanical work, and bridge the customer with Averna's engineering team.

You will build strong relationships with customer teams, understand their test systems, and identify improvements or opportunities for engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to diagnose faults and propose solutions.
• Strong practical wiring and hand-on repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day representative at the customer site near Cheltenham.
• Provide first-line technical support for test systems and equipment.
• Investigate faults and determine corrective actions; escalate when needed.
