Job summary

Cortech Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical Software Sales Engineer to bridge software and hardware solutions for embedded platforms. Based in Cambridge with 50% home/office flexibility, you will support business development and customers with technical integration, demonstrations, and tailored solutions across automotive, multimedia, and related sectors.

The role combines technical depth with client-facing activities: you’ll run product demos, translate requirements to engineering,

Qualifications

Degree in CS or equivalent required.
Strong C++ cross-platform development experience.
Experience with Java and Android/Linux ecosystems.
Networking, codecs, multithreading knowledge.
Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Support business development and customers with technical integration of software and hardware solutions.
Conduct technology demonstrations and rapid prototyping to showcase capabilities.
Translate customer requirements to engineering and coordinate delivery.
Travel occasionally to client sites and industry events.
