Seetec Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and deliver the recruitment strategy across Seetec Business Services, hybrid with two on-site days and bi-monthly travel to UK and Ireland bases for events and partnering. The role offers a salary of £35,000 to £41,000 and a range of benefits.

Based in Hockley, this permanent position includes 37 hours per week and a commitment to inclusive hiring and social value across sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership/coaching experience (at least 1 year preferred).
• Full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing and assessment.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and ATS/HR systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned to current and future workforce needs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, providing a consultative approach on sourcing, assessment and interviewing.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery—from job design and advertising through to offer management and onboarding.
• Line manage and coach the Onboarding Specialist, ensuring timely offers, onboarding and role‑specific vetting/compliance checks.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, embedding best practice and strengthening the candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles using proactive sourcing.
• Use recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health) to provide insights and inform workforce planning.
• Manage relationships with agencies, job boards and community partners; represent Seetec at job fairs and events.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and support our commitment to social value and community impact.
