We’re hiring! Join a forward-thinking engineering team as an Embedded Software Engineer, working on innovative embedded systems used in real-world applications.

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days per week onsite at our Loughborough office and 1 day working from home.

? What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in Embedded C or C#
• Program and integrate microcontrollers and embedded hardware
• Use industry-standard firmware development tools and environments
• Debug, test, and optimise embedded code for reliability and performance
• Collaborate across hardware and software teams to deliver robust solutions

? What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Embedded C or C# for embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, STM32, etc.)
• Familiarity with firmware development tools and debugging techniques
• Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture
• A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar – or equivalent experience
