Job summary

Hexwired Recruitment is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for a Cambridge electronics manufacturer. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive package.

You will contribute to the development of high-speed embedded software on ARM-based controllers, Embedded Linux, and FPGA platforms, working within a close-knit team on exciting new products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of commercial Embedded C++ experience.
• Good commercial experience with ARM processor/controller development.
• Exposure to Embedded Linux.
• Previous experience working on FPGA-based products.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a close-knit team.
• Develop a brand new range of products from scratch.
• Contribute to embedded software development for high-speed digital systems.
• Work on ARM-based controllers and Embedded Linux where applicable.
