Overview

The Risk & Controls function at Deutsche Bank, within Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI), supports the bank's technology, data, and innovation initiatives. This dynamic team provides guidance, challenges existing processes, and ensures systems are secure and resilient.

In this role, you will collaborate with Group Architecture to contribute to risk remediation efforts and enhance operational resilience within GTI and TDI.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage remediation of findings related to core data points and risk processes in collaboration with GTI teams
• Provide technology risk expertise aligned with Deutsche Bank's landscape and strategic changes
• Support risk landscape improvements and cultural shifts within GTI
• Ensure effective execution of the Book of Work, adhering to Risk and Governance methodologies, including audit findings and SIIs
• Build and leverage networks to promote best practices and facilitate escalation
• Challenge existing practices for continuous improvement

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in complex roles within technology, banking, or IT audit, with a proven risk and control background
• Deep understanding of industry risk landscape and regulations (NIST, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
• Project management, organizational change, or quality management experience
• Strong stakeholder influence and cross-cultural communication skills
• Commitment to continuous learning, results-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines
