Remote working - Outside IR35 - Long-term contract - Embedded Linux Developer

One of my longest standing clients is looking to hire several embedded software developers to support with developing custom Linux Kernel Drivers for proprietary SoC devices. They seek engineers experienced in driver development (peripheral communication, hardware communication, audio, etc.), familiar with different parts of the Linux Kernel, and ideally interested in upstreaming contributions to the open-source community.

This is a full remote contract initially lasting 6 months, with potential extension up to 2-3 years.

Key requirements include:

1. Extensive knowledge of Platform and non-Platform drivers
2. Experience with Yocto (preferably Scarthgap/Dunfell)
3. Full remote work setup
4. Outside IR35 (for UK contractors)
