Qualifications

• 2-3 years of commercial embedded/firmware experience
• Strong C programming skills for embedded systems
• Experience with STM32 or compatible MCUs
• Understanding of low-level drivers and hardware interfaces
• Experience debugging with oscilloscopes and debuggers
• Familiar with Git and modern development workflows
• Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced R&D environment
• Interest in innovation-led engineering

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining embedded software for ARM Cortex-M / STM32-based systems
• Designing and implementing new firmware features and capabilities
• Debugging and resolving low-level embedded and hardware integration issues
• Working with communication protocols including CAN, UART, SPI and I2C
• Supporting board bring-up, integration and system-level testing
• Contributing to performance optimisation, reliability improvements and code quality
• Working on connected and intelligent systems with real-world applications
