Copello is recruiting embedded software/firmware engineers to join a multidisciplinary team in Farnborough. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from early-stage research and prototyping to testing and full product development.

We seek curious engineers with strong embedded software foundations and an interest in FPGA, electronics and related technologies. A UK security clearance (SC/DV) is required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development across C/C++.
• Knowledge of Rust, Python and Linux-based embedded systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and test embedded software and firmware for specialist applications.
• Contribute to research, prototyping and technology development.
• Collaborate with software, FPGA and hardware engineers.
• Explore new technologies to improve capability and performance.
• Support concepts from idea to implementation.
