Copello is recruiting Embedded Software / Firmware Engineers to join a multidisciplinary engineering team in Farnborough. You will work across the full development lifecycle on innovative technology solutions for complex engineering challenges.

The role welcomes engineers at various experience levels with a strong embedded software foundation and interest in FPGA, electronics and related technologies, in a highly technical environment.

• Strong foundation in embedded software development across full development lifecycle.
• Interest in expanding into FPGA development, electronics and related technologies.
• Curious and creative problem solver in a highly technical environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and test embedded software and firmware for specialist applications.
• Contribute to research, prototyping and technology development.
• Collaborate with software, FPGA and hardware engineers.
• Investigate new technologies to improve capability and performance.
• Support solution development from concept to implementation.
• Apply innovative thinking to complex engineering challenges.
• Assist with information security and regulatory compliance.
