Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate embedded software engineer student to join our Jetson and Tegra teams. You will work with Linux, embedded systems, and C to develop kernel and user-space components.

The role emphasizes hands-on debugging, system-level development, and collaboration with hardware, software, and systems engineers on projects that accelerate AI, autonomous machines, and robotics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a MS or PhD with focus in Engineering software development.
• Excellent C programming and debugging skills within Linux kernel and user space.
• System-level debugging experience and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with embedded computing technologies for the Tegra SoC, DGX Spark and Jetson Embedded Platform.
• Contribute to Jetson Developer Kit and developer experience for mobile and embedded computing.
• Build software to accelerate deep learning and neural networks for autonomous vehicles, robotics and analytics.
• Collaborate with a team of hardware, system and software engineers.
