You will prototype with end users, own the full lifecycle from discovery to production, and mentor teams. The role demands 6+ years of hands-on software experience, strong Python/TypeScript/Java skills, and a track record applying AI/LLM approaches in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on software engineering experience (typically 6+ years).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript or Java, with AI/LLM delivery experience.
• Experience applying AI or agentic approaches to real problems for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with insurance clients to design and ship AI solutions.
