Job summary

Fruition Group seeks a highly autonomous technical leader to act as a CTO-like figure within our consultancy client engagements. You'll own end-to-end technical delivery, from scoping and design to build and rollout, working embedded in client environments and handling real data with security and governance in mind.

You will prototype quickly, deliver POCs and MVPs, build scalable production systems, and contribute to internal AI tooling, accelerators, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI-powered client engagements from design to production.
• Strong coding foundations in Python and TypeScript with full-stack capability.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and tool orchestration in enterprise environments.
• Experience operating under security, compliance, and data governance constraints.
• Record of building reusable AI playbooks, accelerators or open-source contributions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical execution of client engagements, from scoping to rollout.
• Prototype working AI solutions within days and deliver MVPs in weeks.
• Embed in client environments, handling real data with governance and security.
• Extend internal AI platform; codify repeatable patterns into assets.
• Lead technical sessions and upskill client engineers during engagements.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and make pragmatic adoption decisions.
