Job summary

Social Loop, a boutique digital marketing agency in Harrogate, is seeking a genuine Klaviyo expert to own email marketing across our client portfolio. You’ll work with the Head of Content, Account Managers and Design team in a hybrid setup.

• 3+ years in email marketing, ideally ecommerce or agency-side
• Expert-level Klaviyo skills.
• Strong eye for email design and structure, and what drives clicks.
• Solid understanding of how Shopify works.
• Confidence analysing data and turning it into action.
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
• Organised enough to juggle multiple brands independently.
• Based within commuting distance of Harrogate.

Responsibilities

• Campaigns: Planning and running monthly campaign calendars across multiple brands.
• Flows & Automation: Building, auditing and optimising core flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and VIP.
• Data & Reporting: Analysing campaign and flow performance and producing clear monthly client reports.
• Shopify & Ecommerce: Working with Shopify stores on launches and promotions and ensuring data harmony with Klaviyo.
• Growing the Channel: Shaping our email offering and processes as the agency grows.

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire (Hybrid – office and home)

Please note: you must live within commuting distance of our Harrogate office.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Start Date: Monday 4 January 2027

Founded in 2019, Social Loop is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Harrogate. We help ambitious ecommerce and consumer brands grow through Amazon, Shopify, paid media, content, email and social.

About the Role

This is a standalone role. You'll own email marketing across our client portfolio, working alongside our Head of Content, Account Managers and Design team.

We're looking for a genuine Klaviyo expert. You should know what a great email looks like, why it works, and how to prove it with data. You'll also have the chance to shape and grow email as a service within the agency.

What You'll Own

Campaigns

• Planning and running monthly campaign calendars across multiple brands
• Briefing and feeding back on email design: layout, hierarchy, imagery and CTAs that convert
• Writing, building and scheduling campaigns in Klaviyo
• Segmenting audiences to drive engagement and revenue
• A/B testing subject lines, content, design and send times

Flows & Automation

• Building, auditing and optimising core flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and VIP
• Mapping customer journeys to grow conversion, AOV and repeat purchases
• Regularly reviewing flow performance and acting on what the data shows

Data & Reporting

• Analysing campaign and flow performance, and turning insight into action
• Producing clear monthly client reports with recommendations
• Tracking email's contribution to overall store revenue

Shopify & Ecommerce

• Working with Shopify stores on product launches, promotions and key sales events
• Making sure Shopify and Klaviyo data work together properly
• Joining up email with our content and paid media teams

Growing the Channel

• Shaping our email offering and processes as the agency grows

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in email marketing, ideally ecommerce or agency-side
