Location: Swindon - based in or around the Swindon area, you'll be required to be in the Swindon office 3 days per week.

The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing email and LinkedIn outreach strategies to drive lead generation and support broader business objectives.

To succeed, you'll bring proven B2B experience in email and LinkedIn marketing, along with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset that aligns with the overall UK marketing and business strategy.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position within a high-growth environment, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver targeted email marketing strategies that support demand generation, customer engagement, acquisition, cross-sell, and retention goals.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent and impactful communication.
  • Lead and manage LinkedIn outreach programs to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects.
  • Oversee relationships with external partners, service providers, and agencies for seamless collaboration.
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement, open, and click-through rates; provide insights to improve campaigns.
  • Support wider marketing projects, contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate daily tasks for administrative contractors to ensure smooth operations.
KPIs
  • Quantity and quality of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) from email and LinkedIn outreach, focusing on lead conversion potential.
  • Timely and consistent execution of marketing activities aligned with campaign calendars and messaging strategies.
