Job summary

Boden is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to build, test and send email and SMS campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met with high QA. The hybrid role involves 3 days at the North Acton office and 2 days from home.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, engaging campaigns that reflect Boden’s values. You will use Ometria to craft emails from Boden templates, manage segmentation, tag campaigns for analytics, and push continuous improvements to templates and processes, while

• Support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, ensuring emails and SMS are built, tested, delivered on schedule, and reported on.
• Use Ometria to build emails using Boden templates.
• Ensure all emails are correctly tagged for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain CRM delivery with high first-time QA pass rates across campaigns.
• Render tests across multiple email clients and browsers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure in-stock products and correct destinations.
• Deploy emails per schedule and build customer segments in the ESP.
• Enhance templates and processes to improve speed and accuracy.
• Identify new email best practices.

OVERVIEW

The Email Marketing Executive’s responsibilities lie in the building, testing and sending of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring all campaign deployment deadlines are met and executed to a consistently high standard. They should possess impeccable attention to detail along with good communication skills, and work well under pressure. As well as demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow to provide the best customer experience.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. This includes ensuring emails and SMS are accurately built, thoroughly tested, and delivered on schedule, with post-campaign reporting.
• Use Ometria to build emails using the supplied Boden templates
• Ensure all emails are correctly tagged for tracking and reporting purposes
• Maintain operational excellence across CRM delivery, consistently delivering high first time QA pass rates and ensuring accuracy across all email and SMS campaigns.
• Render test across multiple email clients (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook etc) and browsers (eg IE, Firefox, Chrome plus their versions)
• Liaise with stakeholders from the business to ensure marketing comms contain in stock product and are linking to the correct destination
• Deploy emails based on email schedule
• Build customer segments within the ESP as briefed
• Ensuring all sends are completed fully after scheduling
• Enhance CRM templates and operational processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Identify new email best practices
