Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will assist the Email Manager in driving and optimizing email campaigns across all markets (UK and international), with a strong focus on revenue generation and customer retention. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.

This role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after a period of training.

Key Accountabilities

1. Scheduling email campaigns and A/B tests.
2. Proofreading email content to ensure accuracy before sending.
3. Analyzing and reporting on email campaign performance to meet objectives.
4. Building targeted segments for tailored email campaigns.
5. Collaborating with content, marketing, and creative teams to optimize campaigns based on insights.
6. Supporting the growth of the email channel and ROI.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Technical Capabilities

1. Understanding of email marketing, A/B testing, data segmentation, and performance optimization.
2. Experience using an ESP, CRM, or CDP in a marketing role with a focus on email.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel.
