About The Role

Are you a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Wren during an exciting time. We’re at the beginning of a transformative journey—introducing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to enhance our customer communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in email marketing, even if you're just starting your career. You will help deliver engaging, personalized marketing campaigns that inform and elevate the customer experience, working closely with experienced marketers and gaining exposure to advanced marketing technology and strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist in executing daily marketing email campaigns, including briefing, building, proofreading, testing, scheduling, and reporting for UK, US, and Trade markets.
2. Collaborate with the Communications Team to define content and messaging for email, SMS, and Push Notifications for customer journeys and marketing communications in various markets.
3. Learn to apply personalization and dynamic content to create truly 1-to-1 customer journeys.
4. Report on email performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis and competitor insights.
5. Drive campaign efficiency and optimization, including managing A/B testing programs.
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including managers and directors, to gather input and share results.
7. Advocate for communication best practices, including GDPR compliance and accessibility standards.
