Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London, is seeking an Email Channel Manager to own and scale our email marketing initiatives from our HQ. You will partner closely with the CEO and the Marketing team to execute campaigns that drive events and revenue, while gaining substantial responsibility and visibility in a fast-growing startup.

You will lead campaigns, refine targeting, and collaborate with Content and Sales to ensure impactful outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit required.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns and segment databases to maximise revenue opportunities from CRM data.
• Copywrite and design emails and campaigns with the in-house designer to drive event focus (webinars and conferences).
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales teams to target the right audience.
• Sell tickets and drive registrations by managing the marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox
