Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking an Email Content Manager to drive our email marketing strategy, craft compelling content, and coordinate with events marketing.

You will own content campaigns from concept to execution, work closely with the CEO team, and help scale a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business from our Victoria Station area office.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, UK work permit, strong English communication, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximise revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database.
• Copywrite and design emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (webinars and conferences).
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
