Job summary

United Media is seeking an Email Channel Manager to take ownership of our email marketing programs from the London HQ. You will manage campaigns, segment our CRM, and collaborate with the content and sales teams to drive event registrations and revenue growth.

You will work closely with the CEOs on marketing execution, bring analytical rigor, and enjoy strong internal promotion potential within a fast-growing start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns and segment databases to maximise revenue.
• Copywrite and design emails and campaigns with graphic designer support.
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads for events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to reach the right audiences.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing the marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox
