Well, my friend, the NLE Email Account Manager & Strategist position is for you.

Your Responsibilities
  • Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met while managing expectations.
  • Project Coordination : Project task management/assigning to other team members to execute while managing timelines, following project workflows in ClickUp.
  • Basic Retention Strategy : Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to Klaviyo's pop up, flow, campaign planning and segmentation. You will also own results that entail subscriptions, memberships and other third-party Shopify apps
  • Analytics & Reporting : Complete reports with a degree of accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with copywriters to ensure emails are written according to your angle, and with technical implementors to ensure everything is built according to spec.
  • Planning & Execution : Writing of email flow/campaign briefs, developing monthly account performance reporting, and quarterly planning of roadmaps.
  • Problem Solving : Identify business challenges and develop innovative email marketing solutions that drive results.
  • Client Relationship Building : Prioritize the development of relational equity with your team and clients to foster lasting relationships for the continued growth of NLE and our client businesses.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of account management, preferably within an email agency
  • Experience managing marketing for companies earning in excess of USD$100k per month
  • Ecommerce experience is a must, along with the ability to explain strategies to clients
  • Knowledge of email marketing is highly favored
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo a must; Lifetimely/Peel/Northbeam/Triplewhale preferred
  • Skilled in ClickUp or relevant project management software
  • Basic copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Hours : This role will start off as a freelance position with flexible hours, but can lead to a full-time position for the right person after the probationary period.
  • Location : We are a 100% remote agency. Our team members are from around the world, and we make sure we have time when the team overlaps.
