The Department is made up of a variety of roles including Learning Facilitators who extensively provide one to one support to learners with EHCPs, and Specialist Learning Facilitators who hold and utilise a specific qualification, such as ELSA or Exam Access arrangements. The job description is standardised for a Specialist Learning Facilitator, but for this particular post, the specialism is for ELSA.
