Mojo Mortgages is seeking an elite Protection Advisor to join a fast-moving FinTech team. You’ll conduct in-depth protection reviews, advise from a large provider panel, and maintain a top Trustpilot rating by prioritising the customer’s best interests.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience: 2 years in an advised Protection role.
• Credential requirements: CeMAP, CertPro, or R05 (or willingness to achieve in 3 months).
• Strong rapport-building skills and ability to handle complex medical cases with empathy and precision.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-depth protection reviews (Life, CIC, Income Protection) for customers at critical moments.
• Deliver elite, advised recommendations from a large provider panel.
• Maintain Trustpilot rating by prioritising customer interests.
• Work a 39-hour week on a flexible shift pattern (No Saturdays!).
