Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in advising on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness.
• Proven track record in handling client enquiries and providing suitable solutions.
• Willingness to complete a RO5 or CeMAP qualification if not already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on protection products suited to client needs.
• Support clients throughout their journey from initial enquiry to application completion.
• Work with advanced technology to enhance client interaction and reduce admin.
