Job summary

J.P. Morgan's Private Banking team in London seeks a Banker to lead new client acquisition and retention for MENAT UHNW clients, with a primary focus on Saudi assets.

You will deliver a complete wealth management solution, including investments, banking, and trust services, while coordinating specialists to support complex clients. Role requires strong relationship management, proven sales success, and the ability to navigate a fast-changing regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Private Banking working with MENAT UHNW individuals and families.
• Previous business development experience.
• Proven sales success including prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling, closing the sale and asking for referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong relationship management and team building skills; views team concept as critical to success.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients and assets from MENAT region with a focus on Saudi.
• Maintain and develop an existing book of business consisting of UHNW clients from MENAT.
• Responsible for sales and implementation of investment, banking and trust/estate products to core clients as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Investor, Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor and Wealth Advisor to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex clients.
• Manage each account to ensure a complete client profile and proper servicing in line with Risk Management policies.
• Build trust with clients and effectively manage relationships.
• Ensure proposed products and services meet clients' needs and goals.
