Phoenix Resourcing Services is seeking an M&E Hotel Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious six-storey Edwardian property in Central London (W1). You will join a small three-person team performing first-line maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building fabric, with a focus on reliability and guest-facing service.

Ideal candidates bring practical hands-on experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance, with trade qualifications in electrical, mechanical or plumbing and

Competenze

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Desirable knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC and building services.
• Trade qualifications in electrical, mechanical or plumbing disciplines are required with practical hands on experience and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building services.
• Assisting with HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing faults.
• Monitoring and supporting operation of BMS-controlled systems, with training provided.
• Maintaining hot water systems, taps, showers and small appliances.
• Completing minor repairs to doors, walls, floors and other finishes.
• Installing shelves, pictures, mirrors and fixtures.
• Supporting maintenance within commercial kitchen areas.
• Carrying out preventative checks and responding to issues.
• Maintaining professional standards across front- and back-of-house areas.
