Job summary

Searchability® is expanding its luxury travel division in Chester, inviting an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Consultant to join the frontline, working with high net worth clients to craft bespoke itineraries and deliver concierge-style service.

You will nurture enquiries from first contact to booking, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximise sales, while enjoying hybrid working (3 days on site), uncapped commissions and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within luxury travel sales, ideally within a tour operator or similar environment.
• Strong interest in premium and experience led travel.
• Knowledge of major international events would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel products and worldwide destinations.
• Proven track record of delivering against sales targets.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities.
• Professional, personable and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Genuine client-first approach to delivering service.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients
• Converting enquiries into high value luxury travel bookings
• Proactively generating new business through existing relationships
• Creating bespoke itineraries across international destinations
• Delivering an exceptional, concierge-style client experience
• Building strong long term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Working closely with product and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities
