Ten Life Group invites a seasoned Private Travel Manager to design bespoke luxury itineraries for UHNW clients, building trusted relationships and delivering extraordinary journeys worldwide.

You will collaborate with destination management companies, concierge services, and product teams to craft transformative experiences, while providing round‑the‑clock service in a fast‑paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing luxury travel for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of the global luxury travel market and exclusive networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage last-minute changes with grace and efficiency.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Curate bespoke luxury itineraries reflecting client preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with private members and family offices.
• Acquire new members through networking and premium service offerings.
• Develop events to showcase luxury offerings and enhance visibility.
• Collaborate with concierge, destination specialists and operations for seamless execution.
