You will collaborate with concierge teams and DMC partners to ensure flawless execution and exceptional service, adapting to a fast-paced, evolving luxury landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high net worth or luxury clients.
• Expertise in the global luxury travel market and exclusive networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage discerning clients.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities for complex itineraries.
• Willingness to provide round-the-clock service and adapt to change.
• Experience with luxury travel tools and GDS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Curate bespoke luxury itineraries reflecting client preferences.
• Build and manage relationships with private members and family offices.
• Acquire new members through networking and referrals.
• Develop and host exclusive events to showcase offerings.
• Collaborate with concierge teams to execute seamless plans.
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends and partner with DMCs.
