Owen Reed Ltd. is seeking a polished Front of House Receptionist to join a respected London law firm on a three-month fixed-term contract.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm, professional and discreet welcome in a busy reception. Responsibilities include greeting arrivals, answering calls, taking messages, coordinating meeting rooms and providing general administrative support.

Competenze

• Experienced in reception or front of house within a law firm, professional services firm or similarly high-end setting.
• Articulate, well presented and confident with clients.
• Discreet, organised and calm when managing competing demands.
• Flexible to cover shifts within the reception’s opening hours.

• Greeting clients and visitors and managing their arrival.
• Answering calls, handling enquiries and taking accurate messages.
