Job summary

A leading fitness brand in Leicester is seeking a qualified Gym Instructor to join their team. In this part-time position, you will enhance member experiences by teaching classes and conducting inductions. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of gym facilities. Support towards achieving a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training is provided, alongside perks like holiday allowance, gym memberships, and development opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualified and working towards Level 3 qualification.
• Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for gym members.
• Experience in delivering fitness classes and personal training.

Responsibilities

• Teach fitness classes and provide inductions for new members.
• Ensure safety and enjoyment of the gym experience.
• Maintain gym floor cleanliness and organization.

We have an opportunity for a Level 2 qualified Gym Instructor to join us.

In your role, you will play a key part in the safe enjoyment of our gyms, delivering an amazing member experience, teaching classes, inductions, and taking care of the upkeep of the gym floor.

You must be studying towards your Level 3 qualification in Personal Training. There is support available to help you transition to a permanent position as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach at the end of your contract.
