Job summary

Randstad, partnering with Jaguar Land Rover, seeks a Warehouse Operative for the Event Vehicle Operations (EVO) team in Fen End. The role covers vehicle logistics, stock movement, and event fleet administration in a full-time permanent capacity.

You will coordinate transporters, manage asset handovers via Traka, and uphold strict safety standards while assisting at reception when needed. Ideal candidates hold a full driving licence and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Strong warehouse or logistics coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and the confidence to elevate operational issues appropriately.
• Flexibility to work across departments and support overtime or shift arrangements.
• Strong commitment to JLR's safety culture and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle transporters and workshop movements.
• Manage key and equipment handovers using the Traka system and perform stock counts.
• Assist with yard and warehouse operations, parking, storage, and site safety standards.
• Provide front-of-house support and face-to-face assistance at reception when required.
