Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a Bespoke Operations Co-ordinator (FTC) in Ryton. You will coordinate bespoke parts, ensuring on-time delivery for bespoke vehicle programmes and driver configuration.

The role involves collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and ERP systems to keep builds on schedule. You will manage data entry, tracking tools, and change management while maintaining accuracy across multiple data sources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tracking.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with product tracking systems such as VISTA or SharePoint.
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics data.

Responsibilities

• Order Bespoke content on time to meet build commitments.
• Direct bespoke part orders via SAP with Excel tracking.
• Maintain Bespoke trackers and data entry across multiple sources.
• Escalate supply or delivery issues through the defined process.
