We want chefs who care about standards, stay calm under pressure, work clean, communicate well and take pride in producing beautiful food at pace.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent timekeeping and teamwork.
• Food hygiene knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Food prep and service.
• Running sections confidently.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards and supporting Head Chefs during busy service.
• Delivering consistent quality under pressure.
