Connells Group in Wells, UK, is recruiting an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to deliver exceptional service to customers and drive sales performance. The role offers a basic salary of £25k with uncapped commission and clear career progression within a leading property services business.

You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress deals to exchange and completion, with opportunities to schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred and helps achieve targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment and provide outstanding customer care.

Responsabilités

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
