Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ambitious Estate Agent Sales Negotiator for a high-volume office. You will focus on selling processes, using the telephone as a core tool, and building a strong client base.

Initial six-month guaranteed salary of £28,000 (pro-rata) alongside a basic £16,000. Realistic on-target earnings of £30,000–£35,000 in year 1, rising in year 2, plus mileage allowance for business miles.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background relevant to estate agency
• Must have own car and driving license

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new business and cross-selling opportunities over the phone and via viewings
• Attend viewings and close property sales
• Develop knowledge of applicants to match buyers with suitable properties
