Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS invites applications for a senior Cardiologist to join our established team in Nottingham. The post requires wide experience in cardiovascular medicine with expertise in electrophysiology and complex device implantation, and a background in acute medicine.

Applicants should have Full GMC registration and be eligible for Specialist Register (CCT within 6 months). We value strong teaching, audit and research involvement and commitment to high quality patient

Qualifications

• Wide experience in cardiovascular medicine.
• Expertise in advanced electrophysiology and complex device implantation.
• Experience in acute medicine.
• Post CCT training/EP work desirable.
• Training in communication skills and patient safety/desirable.
• Lead extraction desirable.
