Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and build connections with them.
• Attend to tables, suggest drinks and upsell where appropriate.
• Open and serve wine, champagne and other drinks.
• Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area.
• Prepare coffee breaks and lunch buffets.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitization of tables and service areas.
• Communicate dietary or special requests to the kitchen.
