Job summary

The Club Company is seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to support food preparation and ensure the smooth running of our kitchen across multiple clubs in the UK. You will obtain ingredients and assist with small equipment, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace to the highest standards.

You will follow recipes, practice safe food handling, and help the chef team with daily tasks and meeting attendance. A background in hospitality cooking is preferred, with flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain hygiene standards.
• Flexible and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with obtaining ingredients and small equipment for food preparation.
• Clean food preparation equipment and maintain a safe, tidy kitchen environment.
• Follow standard recipes and ensure food preparation is executed to club specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and wash crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Assist the chef team and participate in departmental meetings.
